Hey!

We are Tim and Laura. You may know us from previous courses and workshops, or maybe not! 

Tim is a renowned breathwork and cold exposure specialist, the visionary founder of TT Breathing. He is devoted to his mission, raising consciousness, with his work.

Tim's transformative journey started fifteen years ago as he transitioned from the fast-paced finance sector to embracing breathwork through the use of daily pranayama. He organises retreats literally around the world, as well as regular sessions in Amsterdam.

 

Laura is one of the first instructors trained by Tim. She has been studying the arts of breathwork and movement for the past 10 years. Through a personal bumpy journey she has mastered the art of getting in touch with her Self and being Aware. Her goal is to share with as many people as possible the same life-changing tools that have been so key for her own transformation.

Bio Tim van der Vliet

Tim van der Vliet is from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He is the founder of TT Breathwork, a breathwork and cold exposure specialist, Youtuber, author and a father of 5 children.

Tim started his career as a market maker on the Dutch Option Exchange. After 13 years he realized that his intense lifestyle was not the way to live. He said goodbye to his successful career and became interested in breathwork.

He started out 15 years ago with daily yoga breathing techniques. Tim’s extensive training with Wim Hof and his daily practice of 15+ years has led him to the creation of his own techniques that are simple yet extremely efficient. And his success as a breathwork instructor. Tim completed the Wim Hof Method Academy in 2016 and has been teaching the WHM for 6 years extensively all over the world.

Through his online and offline programs, and Youtube he has reached over 1 million people. Tim now travels the world training instructors breathwork and cold exposure.

Meet Laura Manca, a scientist, athlete, certified yoga teacher, and TT breath coach. With a decade-long dedication to studying breathwork and movement, she emerged from burnout and hormonal challenges, mastering self-awareness. Laura's mission is to share transformative tools, aiming to impact as many lives as possible.
