Meet Tim

Hi, Tim van der Vliet here.  I am a breathwork and cold exposure specialist, Youtuber, founder of TT Breathing, a TT instructor, author and a father of 5 children. 

I graduated from the Wim Hof Method Academy in 2016 and have been teaching the Wim Hof Method all over the world intensively for 6 years, until it was time in 2022 to fly out of Wim’s nest.

The routine costs less than 10 minutes per day.

I am specialized in teaching the corporate world. I keep it rational. 

TT Vision

My dream and vision is that by applying my techniques (TT- Tim’s Techniques) people will become more energetic, healthier, happier and more focused. This goes together with an elevated consciousness. I call it growing from you human 1.0 to human 2.0 (H2O). This world will shift into a safer and a more efficient and loving place. This higher awareness will automatically diminish poverty, wars and toxic behaviour and increases our collective intelligence and wellbeing. 

TT is a way to control your life, both mentally as physically.
