Hi, Tim van der Vliet here. I am a breathwork and cold exposure specialist, Youtuber, founder of TT Breathing, a TT instructor, author, and a father of 5 children.
Somewhere in my 13-year path as a trader in the financial world, I started doing daily yoga and pranayama techniques. This was about 15 years ago. I became a meditation instructor. Although I did over one hour of yoga and meditation daily, I wasn’t pain-free yet. 6 years ago I started deep breathing – breath hold techniques (Wim Hof Method). I became interested in everything that had to do with breathing.
Now I have reached over 1 million people on Youtube and I travel the world training thousands of people in breathing techniques, cold exposure, and spine correcting exercises.
Today, I am normally pain-free, I have more energy than 15 years ago and I have a slow ageing body.
I use 3 pillars in my morning routine to optimize my energy, focus, and health. Tim’s Techniques (TT) morning routine consists of.
1) Low-Intensity Workout
2) Breathing Exercises
3) Cold Exposure
The routine costs less than 10 minutes per day.
I am specialized in teaching the corporate world. I keep it rational.
I graduated from the Wim Hof Method Academy in 2016 and have been teaching the Wim Hof Method all over the world intensively for 6 years.
My dream and vision is that by applying my techniques (TT- Tim’s Techniques) people will become more energetic, healthier, happier and more focused. This goes together with an elevated consciousness. I call it growing from you human 1.0 to human 2.0 (H2O). This world will shift into a safer and a more efficient and loving place. This higher awareness will automatically diminish poverty, wars and toxic behaviour and increases our collective intelligence and wellbeing.
TT is a way to control your life, both mentally as physically.
