Life can be challenging
From personal experience I know life can be stressful. For more than a decade I worked as a stock broker in Amsterdam. Going hard is all I knew.
I loved it, but I also knew there was a price to pay. Living a fast and stressful live doesn’t come without costs.
People around me crashed, burned out and became depressed. I knew I needed to change. So I did.
I started breathworking. First as a personal experiment but soon as a real breathworking nerd.
Immediately I experienced this new reality. I felt less stress, more energetic, happier and my health went trough the roof. I was alive.
People around me started noticing and asked me what was going on. They wanted to know what I was doing. This was the start of my life as a breathworking instructor and this is what I’ve been doing since.
