Please bring a yoga mat, comfy clothing, and swimwear/towel for optional cold exposure and bring lunch.

Natalia Abramova

Natalia Abramova is a experienced yoga teacher at Svaha Yoga Amsterdam. The seed of Yoga was planted early on in my life. Together with my dad, I used to practice Hatha yoga on the dark and cold days back in my hometown, Kurgan, Russia.

It took me a little while since then, but 14 years ago, I finally took up a daily yoga practice—and never looked back. My practice at Svaha Yoga Amsterdam really feels like coming back home. I’m grateful to be part of this movement and delighted that I’m able to spread the love with my Yin yoga classes.

Tim van der Vliet

Tim van der Vliet is a breathwork and cold exposure expert from Amsterdam, founder of TT Breathwork, author, YouTuber, and father of five.

After years in finance, he shifted to breathwork, training with Wim Hof before developing his own techniques. With 15+ years of daily practice, he now teaches breathwork, cold exposure, and natural DMT activation worldwide.His mission is to make breathwork simple, accessible, and life-changing, helping people unlock energy, focus, and resilience through the power of breath.
