This is the program

This is how you become a professional breathing practitioner. 

First you do level 1 Control Your Breath – Control Your Life where you will learn everything that Tim knows and you start building up your practice consisting of exercise, breathing exercises and cold training. 

In 8 modules you will learn to get your practice to the next level. 

If you choose for the group coaching program we will meet for 8 weeks online. the sessions will last about 90 minutes, max 2 hours depending on your Q/A and personal needs. These are all different start dates, running for 8 consecutive weeks at the same day/time.

Start 15 January, Saturday, 4 pm CET (10 am EST)
Start 19 January, Wednesday, 7 pm CET (1 pm EST)

You will get assigned a buddy so you will have an accountability partner to talk with and to discuss about the assignments during the week.

The group coaching is backed up with an extensive amount of aftercare videos as after care so you will know exactly what to do. You will also get a replay of the group coaching in our Learning Management System for if you missed a session.

After the 8 week coaching program you will receive the full online course, worth 797 euro, lifetime access. Updated whenever new information and scientific research is released.

Or you choose to do it yourself (DIY) in your own time with the online course.

8 weeks of Transformation

In these 8 weeks you will learn to be an instructor. An instructor with knowledge, experience and the empathy to guide people in breathwork sessions. Truly helping people.

Both online and physical courses. Both corporate and non-corporate.

Keeping your own energy fresh and clean is a big part of being an instructor. When you travel the world you have to learn how to perform without sleep, food and learn to cope with unforeseen situations.

You will assist in sessions, guide your own session and really go deep in the 7 day retreat. Apart from learning what can happen in breathing sessions and how to handle the energy of a breathing session, you will also learn about and start your business. A professional breathing instructor makes a living from doing what he or she loves.

It is the best job in the world.

Becoming a pro doesn’t only mean taking your own practice to a much deeper level, it also means you learn about other breathing techniques from my colleague professional instructors in other techniques. This way you truly will know and experience different techniques. On your way to the instructor level.

In this level you start assisting my colleagues and me in breathing sessions, live or online.

The BECOME A PRO BREATHING PRACTITIONER program consists of 5 pillars.

4) Extending your morning routine to a deeper level.

Every week for 8 consecutive weeks we will focus on a combination of the pillars so you will get a thorough understanding and build up your practice at the same time. Becoming a pro in various breathwork techniques.

Iryna
is the founder of “IBY: People Matter” and a certified Yoga & Pranayama Breathing instructor with a mission of supporting companies and people with their mental and physical health. In the last 10 years of hands-on teaching, Iryna has trained thousands of people and companies like Oracle, Danone, Microsoft, GoPro, Indeed and many others. 

Iryna comes from a corporate background: she left her corporate office job to focus on helping people transform their lives and discover the power of their breath and body-mind tools enabling us to develop to our fullest mental and physical potential. Iryna is a true expert on Pranayama – ancient yogic breathing techniques that people have been using for hundreds of years to advance their physical and mental practice and development.

Meet your instructor Tim van der Vliet

Somewhere in his 13 year path in the financial world Tim started doing daily yoga and pranayama techniques. This was about 15 years ago. He became a meditation instructor.
