Experience full body relaxation through the Wim Hof breathing method, deepened with a Yoga Nidra practice.
This 2 hour workshop combines the transforming powers of breath and consciousness. Tim and Myrte will guide you through a gentle yet powerfull practice of stress release.

Through the Wim Hof breathing method oxygen is added to your body, which alkalizes your blood. While training your cardiovascular system, as a welcoming gift these darker winter months, the happy hormone dopamine gets released too. The effect of this breathing method is that a silent state of mind is reached that normally takes a lot of meditation practice.
Yoga Nidra is well known to have the same restorative effect of some good hours of sleep. The Nidra will help you to relax deeply within the physics of your body. The guided meditation and visualization fully recharges your body and brain connection through your autonomic nerve system. While laying down comfortable and relaxed more subtle layers of your consciousness become present.

The basics of both of the practices are helpfull to release stress on a daily base, as well as to gain more energy, focus and clearity.
Through both of them you will be enabled to free yourself from blockages you may hold on to on a conscious and subsconscious level too.

Experience with either of the practices is not needed, all are welcome to join!
