We will practice a range of powerful and relaxing breathing techniques, explain the science behind them and when you can use them in your daily life.
 
You will experience such breathing techniques like Buteyko, ancient Yogic Pranayama techniques like Nadi Shoudana, Kapalabhati, Bhramari, Viloma & Ujjai breathing, Wim Hof Method and several Advanced Breathing Techniques.
 
You will discover breathing techniques to calm your mind, clean up blockages in your body, boost your immune system, increase your focus and experience a deep relaxation.
 
Experience with breathing techniques is not required, everybody is welcome. After the workshop you will get an ebook of Tim and online videos with Iryna to practice what you learnt at home.
