Join us for a stress relieving weekend to restore and increase your energy and clear your mind. In this weekend training in the beautiful Ticino, Switzerland Tim van der Vliet will take you through the 5 pillars of his training Optimize.

Optimize gives you a way to optimize your life. Become happier, healthier, more flexible, have less stress and be more creative. All this in a rather effortless way.


The 5 pillars of Optimize are:

1- Deep but uncomplicated Mindset Training called The Power of Paradox
2- Nutrition – Anything is allowed
3- Exercise – Low intensity work out to activate your muscles, cardio vascular and lymphatic system
4- Breathing techniques – calm down and energize in an instant
5- Cold training – one of the most amazing biohacks ever


This is a highly transformational experience.


Tim gives you tools to positively influence your autoimmune system, improve your energy level, get your body strong and flexible and get more focus. This awareness improves the balance between body and mind. Every participant will also receive various tools to help them with the journey afterwards. Day 1
Short explanation the 5 pillars of Optimize
Setting benchmarks
Very light exercise to strengthen the spine and remove back pain
First long breathing round (the famous 4 rounds)
Testing Benchmarks
Science and Physiology breathing and cold training and Q/A
Short breathing round
Integration – Relaxation – Meditation
An optional dip in the lake (5 degrees Celsius)
Q/A and Closure

Day 2
Optional ice bath
Fountain of Youth – the 5 Tibetan rites exercises
Nothing about nutrition philosophy
First long intermediate breathing round (DMT breath)
Hiking outside and using advanced breathing (TT breath) to become stronger
Outside cold training in the lake
Integration – Relaxation
Q/A and Closure


Easy clothing, bathing suit, large towel, flip-flops, warm sweater, blanket.


Best to eat light before the workshop commences. Lunch will be provided.

Bio Tim van der Vliet
Tim van der Vliet is a teacher, author, runs his own investment fund and is a father of 5 children. Apart from a healthy lifestyle he has learned how to optimize is mind and body. Proper thinking, simple nutrition tips, light exercise, breathing properly and cold training helps him feel calmer, be healthier and cope with stress better. And even that he can influence his auto immune system and alkalize his blood through his Optimize technique. This comes in handy in his busy, but no stress, lifestyle.

Tim has been trained personally by the world famous Wim Hof (aka ‘The Iceman’) whose techniques for mastering the mind-body connection are being studied by scientific institutions around the world.
