Ever wondered what happens in your body and mind when you do breathwork and cold exposure?
In this 3 hour online Masterclass we will explore the science and physiology of breathwork (exercise and cold training).
It is a paradox, but if you understand what is happening in your system rationally, you are able to let go of that same rational mind and feel more. It is just so good to understand what is happening in your body.
The subjects we will explore are:
Our autonomic nervous system
Oxygen and CO2 distribution
Neurotransmitters (Dopamine, Serotonin, Endorphins, and DMT)
Acidity and the science of alkalizing your body
Brain health and preventing illnesses

Red blood cell production
Brain waves, focus and concentration
Altered states of consciousness
Live Q/A included.
Of course we will have short breathing sessions in the Zoom call to make sure that you are fully focused.
