Dare To Chill Experience (Ice Bath on both days), Kent, UK at The Nest

Focus day 1: stress relief, anxiety control and the breath. Cold exposure & breathwork basics. 

Focus day 2: sports performance, trauma release and altered states of consciousness.

During this training, Tim van der Vliet will take you into TT Breathwork, various contemporary breathing techniques and (optional) ice bath training.

This is a highly transformational experience.

Every participant will also receive various tools to help them with the journey afterward.

The ice bath is optional.

Bio Tim van der Vliet

Tim van der Vliet is a breathwork and cold exposure specialist, Youtuber, author and a father of 5 children. Apart from a healthy lifestyle he has learned how breathing properly helps him feel calmer, be healthier and cope with stress better. And even that he can influence his auto immune system and alkalize his blood through light exercise and breathing. This comes in handy in his busy, but no stress, lifestyle.

Tim has completed the Wim Hof Method Academy in 2016 and has been teaching the WHM for 6 years extensively.
