Bio Tim van der Vliet
Tim van der Vliet is the founder of TT Breathing, and a breathing and cold exposure specialist.
TT Breathing can be used in 5 minutes to reset yourself at the office and in intense sessions to reach altered states of consciousness and DMT release.
Tim is a Youtuber, author, and father of 5 children.
Apart from a healthy lifestyle, he has learned how breathing properly helps him feel calmer, be healthier and cope with stress better. And even that he can influence his auto-immune system and alkalize his blood through light exercise and breathing.
Tim completed the Wim Hof Method Academy in 2016 and has been teaching the WHM for 6 years extensively.

Bio Birger Hanzen
The breath is a Super Power – not the solution to everything – but always the place to start. Birger Hanzen, trained by Wim Hof in 2018, calls the teachings “Next Generation Mindfulness™”
Birger has made this his fulltime occupation, since he made it to mainstream TV, Marts 2021.
Science clearly shows the effects on e.g. autoimmune diseases and stress, acute as well as chronic inflammation.
Birger himself has a 20-year career behind him in IT, and 10 years within the alternative as a trauma therapist. He has practiced yoga and meditation for over 20 years.
Here he explains why it is so important to breathe correctly:
Through breathing, we obtain up to 90 percent of our energy and get rid of over 70 percent of our waste products. So it matters that you breathe optimally. You will experience a connectedness to yourself and everything around you, without having trained it before. It is even more stress-relieving in the short term than classical mindfulness (MBSR).
I see this approach to mental and physical wellness as the missing link between you, your mentor/therapist and your everyday action. The breath is always with you, anytime and anywhere.
