TT Breathing And Cold Exposure Retreat Mendocino, USA

Mendocino is one of the most sacred and beautiful places in the USA, situated 3 hours north of San Francisco. Where rivers from the mountains meet the ocean.

Mendocino is cold in November so we will be practicing cold training in nature, as extensive as you wish.

We will be breathing in a 1000-year-old ancient-growth forest called Montgomery Woods.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime sacred land, breathwork, exercise, and cold exposure experience.

 

 

Truly a highly transformational experience.

Among various other TT Breathing techniques, we will be practicing TT DMT Breathwork. These techniques are like a hidden gem. It is a quick way to get into a deep meditative state and reach altered states of consciousness.

It is simple, safe, and groundbreaking. Cold exposure is always optional so this is suitable for beginners and advanced breathwork and cold exposure fanatics.

In combination with exercise, meditation, and (natural) cold exposure you will find a sense of inner beauty that you have never experienced before.

About the Facilitator

Tim van der Vliet is the founder of TT Breathing, a breathwork and cold exposure specialist, author, and a father of 5 children. Apart from a healthy lifestyle, he has learned how breathing properly helps him feel calmer, be healthier and cope with stress better. He has been practicing breathwork on a daily basis for 15 years.  For 5 years he develops his own TT  breathwork techniques.


Our breath is so powerful for healing, energy, and focus. And we can even get to altered states of consciousness through breathwork.


Tim completed the Wim Hof Method Academy in 2016, taught the WHM for 6 years extensively, and started for himself in 2022.
