We start Friday at 17 for a 2.5 hour Wim Hof Method Crash Course. Perfect to bring your friends or partner who is still a bit ambivalent about the idea to lie in an ice bath.
From Saturday 10 am we start with the Full Deep Wim Hof Method Weekend. We end at 16. Sunday too the training is from 10 – 16.
During these two days, all facets of the Wim Hof Method will be extensively explored. The theory behind the Method will be discussed, but the majority of the workshop will be a step-by-step instruction or, rather, feeling, as Wim often says: “feeling is understanding.”
Put yourself in the expert hands of Tim van der Vliet and Birger Hanzen. Tim is a certified WHM Instructor to learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology.

If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the weekend. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.
Who is this workshop for?
This weekend is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
Tim van der Vliet is a teacher, Hay House author, runs the option desk at a hedge fund and is a father of 4 children. Apart from a healthy lifestyle he has learned how breathing properly helps him feel calmer, be healthier and cope with stress better. And even that he can influence his auto immune system and alkalize his blood through light exercise and breathing. This comes in handy in his busy, but no stress, lifestyle. Tim has been trained personally by the world famous Wim Hof (aka ‘The Iceman’) whose techniques for mastering the mind-body connection are being studied by scientific institutions around the world.
Birger Hanzen – Is undergoing the same training as I have in the Wim Hof Academy and will finalize has training as a fully qualified Wim Hof Method instructor end of November this year.
Birger has beside his Wim Hof instructor trainings spend a week with Wim in Spain this summer. And was free climbing solo with Wim Hof in order to break through some old metal barriers with success. He will co assist the whole weekend.
