Learn and practice exercise, breathwork and cold plunge (ice bath) training in Montenegro in a small group. 

 

Tim van der Vliet takes you on a completely arranged retreat in one of the most beautiful places in Europe: Montenegro.

 

Your sense of (inner) beauty, health, energy and happiness will get a leap forward. 

 

You will experience the breathing exercises, focus training and optional cold exposure on a daily basis to deepen into the mastering of your own practice! 

 

This is a highly transformational experience.

Location: Tropicana in Montenegro. 

Tropicana is located in Meljine, Montenegro on a very attractive location next to the seashore. They offer accommodation in quality studios and apartments.
