1.5 Hour Breathing Session | Wim Hof Method | in Collab with Maria m*ergy

In this 1.5 hour session we will breathe like never before. We are starting lightly, hopefully inspiring you to do this breathing whenever you are bored or waiting for something or somebody. The second half of the session is more intense, deeply going into our autonomic nerve system and cleaning up.

Tim van der Vliet is a teacher, author, runs his own investment fund and is a father of 5 children. Apart from a healthy lifestyle he has learned how breathing properly helps him feel calmer, be healthier and cope with stress better. And even that he can influence his auto immune system and alkalize his blood through light exercise and breathing. This comes in handy in his busy, but no stress, lifestyle.
Tim has been trained personally by the world famous Wim Hof (aka ‘The Iceman’) whose techniques for mastering the mind-body connection are being studied by scientific institutions around the world.
Tim has found that his training, Wim Hof Method plus, is essential in these times. We are able to have our health in our own hands, to an extent that is beyond any belief system so far.
