We start Friday at 17 for a 2.5 hour session of Casper. In Danish: Carsten Islington vil fortælle om vores Viking arv. Den virkelige historie. Ikke den der er blevet fortalt af andre, dem som vi ikke lavede forretning med, men som det var.
Derudover vil du denne Fredag blive introduceret til den helt unikke åndedræts metode som Wim, helt naturligt, opfandt ude i naturen. Altså i det kolde element. Den eneste måde han kunne overleve på var at ‘tage det roligt’ og måde han gjorde det på var ved at trække vejret roligt og dybt.
 
From Saturday 10 am we start with the Wim Hof Method Fundamental (the basic) Course.
 
Sunday is the Advanced Course from 9.30-16.30.
 
During these two days, all facets of the Wim Hof Method will be extensively explored. The theory behind the Method will be discussed, but the majority of the workshop will be a step-by-step instruction or, rather, feeling, as Wim often says: “feeling is understanding.”

Tim is a certified WHM Instructor to learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology.
 
The intimate quality of the weekend allows for ample personal attention, and feedback tailored to your specific situation. Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about— a WHM Fundamentals Weekend offers something for everyone.
 
If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the weekend. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.
 
Who is this workshop for?
 
This weekend is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
 
Tim van der Vliet is a teacher, Hay House author, runs the option desk at a hedge fund and is a father of 4 children. Apart from a healthy lifestyle he has learned how breathing properly helps him feel calmer, be healthier and cope with stress better. And even that he can influence his auto immune system and alkalize his blood through light exercise and breathing. This comes in handy in his busy, but no stress, lifestyle. Tim has been trained personally by the world famous Wim Hof (aka ‘The Iceman’) whose techniques for mastering the mind-body connection are being studied by scientific institutions around the world.
 
Birger Hanzen –
Har fornyligt afsluttet sin uddannelse som Wim Hof Method instructor.
Afholder workshops flere steder i Europa. Samt har 1-on-1 og gruppe ugentlige træninger for atleter samt mennesker som vil have noget mere ud af dem selv.
Finde ind til kernen eller ikke ønsker at vanen, ej heller dybe traumer holder dem tilbage.
Fobier, dårlige vaner eller svært ved at finde fodfæste.
Birger han en bred Mental og terapeutisk uddannelse bag sig i Chock/Traume release.
Han kalder WHM for Next Gen. Mindfulness fordi man kan blive mere mindfull på under 5 min. Men vil så gerne have i bliver ved lidt længere.
