The Wim Hof Method
You must have heard of Wim Hof, he is also known as the Iceman.
About two years ago I met Wim Hof on a workshop. A year later we both gave a talk in Brighton, UK at the VegFest. There we talked for hours and we clicked on a mental and intuitive level. We actually made a vid of our conversation!
I am very much a “do it myself” kind of guy. I like to learn something from everything and everybody I meet and create my own mosaic. I just love this method because it gives me energy, it cleans my body, it makes me shift my consciousness to “hey I can do a lot more than I think I can!” and it is backed up by science so the rational guy in me is satisfied too. Best of all worlds.
