What is Body Zen
Tim van der Vliet is an internationally renowned mind, body, spirit author who specialises in teaching simple and powerful rituals which help our body become calm, grounded and energised, and our mind clear, invigorated and happy!
Tim has just returned from training in Poland with the world famous Wim Hof (aka ‘The Iceman’) whose techniques for mastering the mind-body connection are being studied by scientific institutions around the world! In this experiential and fun workshop Tim will be sharing simple yet powerfully effective movements you can do each day which will make an enormous difference to your wellbeing!

You are probably familiar with the idea that the mind has an effect on the body. You can “think yourself sick”. But the effect of the body, and working on your body, has a massive effect on the mind too. And the cool thing is, yes I like to make it simple, you don’t have to spend hours at the gym: Body Zen.
This is how it works!
Your body needs about 7 years to replenish all its molecules. Your belief system is a collection of all your thoughts and memories. Our bodies and minds are living in the past. The easier you can let go of things that don’t serve you anymore the more resilient you are to things that are happening in your life. Body Zen is a technique to let go of everything you don’t need anymore.
The Body Zen Technique consists of 3 parts.
1) Mental detox and mentally letting go.
2) Physical detox and physically letting go.
3) Tools that are both a training for your mind and body at the same time.

Body Zen is a technique that teaches you to connect with your body in a simple and highly effective way. If you learn to use your body properly you can become more energetic, happier (also because of the release of happiness hormones) and you will possibly have a more optimal weight and be healthier.
